Isabelle Guinaudeau ist CNRS-Forscherin am Centre Marc Bloch. Sie hat im Rahmen eines deutsch-französischen Programms von Sciences Po Bordeaux und der Universität Stuttgart promoviert und ihr Post-Doc am Europäischen Hochschulinstitut in Florenz verbracht, bevor sie ans CNRS wechslete und sukzessiv am Forschungszentrum Pacte (Sciences Po Grenoble), Centre Émile Durkheim (Sciences Po Bordeaux) und Centre d’études européennes (Sciences Po) forschte. Sie war zudem als Gastprofessorin an der Universität Stuttgart (2018-2020) und der Universität Zürich (2023-2024) tätig. Ihre Forschung befindet sich an der Schnittstelle von Wahlstudien, politischer Soziologie und öffentlichen Politiken. Besonders analysiert sie die Strategien des parteipolitischen Wettbewerbs und die Verbindungen zwischen Wahlprogrammen und Policy. Isabelle Guinaudeau ist Mitglied des französischen Teams des Comparative Agendas Project. Sie war die Trägerin des ANR-Projekts Partipol, eines umfassenden Projekts über die Rolle der Parteien in der Politikgestaltung, und leitet derzeit zusammen mit Elisa Deiss-Helbig und Theres Matthieß zwei deutsch-französische Projekte über die Zielgruppen von Wahlversprechen.;

Isabelle Guinaudeau est chargée de recherches CNRS au Centre Marc Bloch. Titulaire d’un doctorat réalisé dans le cadre d’un programme franco-allemand de Sciences Po Bordeaux et de l’Université de Stuttgart, elle a passé une année à l’Institut Universitaire Européen de Florence en tant que post-doctorante avant de rejoindre le CNRS. Isabelle Guinaudeau a été rattachée au laboratoire Pacte (Sciences Po Grenoble), au Centre Émile Durkheim (Sciences Po Bordeaux) et au Centre d’études européennes (Sciences Po). Elle a effectué des mobilités en tant que professeure invitée à l’Université de Stuttgart et à l’Université de Zurich. Ses recherches se situent à l’intersection des études électorales, de la sociologie politique et des politiques publiques. Elle analyse en particulier les stratégies de compétition partisane et les liens entre programmes électoraux et politiques publiques. Isabelle Guinaudeau est membre de l’équipe française du Comparative Agendas Project. Elle a été la chercheuse principale du projet ANR Partipol, un vaste projet sur le rôle des partis dans l’élaboration des politiques publiques, et co-dirige actuellement, avec Elisa Deiss-Helbig et Theres Matthieß, deux projets franco-allemands sur les groupes cibles des promesses électorales.;

Isabelle Guinaudeau is a CNRS researcher at the Centre Marc Bloch. She holds a doctorate obtained through a Franco-German program between Sciences Po Bordeaux and the University of Stuttgart, and she spent one year at the European University Institute in Florence as a postdoctoral researcher before joining the CNRS. Isabelle Guinaudeau has been successively affiliated with the Pacte laboratory (Sciences Po Grenoble), the Centre Émile Durkheim (Sciences Po Bordeaux), and the Centre for European Studies (Sciences Po). She has undertaken research stays as a visiting professor at the University of Stuttgart and the University of Zurich. Her research lies at the intersection of electoral studies, political sociology, and public policy. In particular, she analyzes party competition strategies and the links between electoral programs and public policies. Isabelle Guinaudeau is a member of the French team of the Comparative Agendas Project. She was the principal investigator of the ANR Partipol project, a large project on the role of parties in policymaking, and she currently co-leads, along with Elisa Deiss-Helbig and Theres Matthieß, two Franco-German projects on the target groups of electoral pledges.
