Collaborative Governance and Democratic Innovations – Transformational Learning in the Public Sector Patrizia Nanz (Head of Collaborative Governance Lab (BASE), affiliated scholar at IASS) Patrizia Nanz is head of Collaborative Governance Lab (CO:LAB) at the BASE and affiliate scholar at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS, new RIFS). Until 2021, she was a scientific director at the IASS and professor of Transformative Sustainability Studies at the University of Potsdam. Her areas of expertise include public participation, open government, innovations in public administration, societal transformations, citizen participation and the future of democracy.
