VITA
Nach einem Master in Geschichte und Politischer Theorie an Sciences Po Paris promovierte Christina Reimann 2014 an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin mit einer Arbeit zu Verfassungswandel und Bildungsreformen in Belgien, England und Frankreich im späten 19. Jahrhundert. Nach Postdoc-Stationen in Marburg, Mainz und Göteborg ist sie seit Herbst 2019 an den Universitäten Stockholm und Södertörn tätig. In ihrer Forschung befasst sie sich mit Hafenstädten als komplexen Räumen des beschleunigten sozialen und kulturellen Wandels, als Portalen von Migration und globaler Vernetzung. Im Fokus liegen die Hafenstädte Rotterdam, Antwerpen und Göteborg im späten 19. und frühen 20. Jahrhundert. Seit Herbst 2021 ist Christina Dozentin in Geschichte an der Universität Göteborg und war im Herbst 2023 Gastdozentin am deutsch-franösischen Campus von Sciences Po Paris in Nancy.;
Après son master en Histoire et Théorie du Politique à Sciences Po Paris, Christina Reimann a soutenu en 2014 à la Humboldt-Université de Berlin une thèse sur les réformes scolaires dans le contexte de changements constitutionnels en Belgique, Angleterre et en France à la fin du XIXe siècle. En suite à des stations de postdoc à Marburg, Mayence et Göteborg, elle travaille depuis l’automne 2019 à l’Université de Stockholm. Dans sa recherche elle s’intéresse aux villes portuaires comme espaces complexes de changement social et culturel accéléré et comme portail de migrations et de globalisations. Sa recherche porte surtout sur les villes de Rotterdam,d‘ Anvers et de Göteborg. Depuis l’automne 2021, Christina est chargée de cours à l’Université de Göteborg et en automne 2023 elle était lectrice invitée au campus franco-allemand de Sciences Po Paris à Nancy.;
After her Master’s degree in History and Political Theory at Sciences Po Paris, Christina Reimann received her PhD in 2014 at the Humboldt-University Berlin with a thesis on education reforms and constitutional change in late 19th-century Belgium, England and France. After post-stations in Marburg, Mainz and Gothenburg she is since autumn 2019 working at the University of Stockholm. Her research deals with port cities as complex spaces of accelarated social and cultural change, as portals of migrations and globalisaton processes. She focuses particularly on the cities of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Gothenburg. Since autumn 2021, Christina has been lecturer in history at the University of Gothenburg and in autumn 2023 she was a guest lecturer at the French-German campus of Sciences Po Paris in Nancy.
