Biografie
As a researcher at LATTS since 2003, I have conducted various studies on local government in France, documenting certain long-term trends (nationalization, professionalization, concentration). In recent years, I have been focusing more specifically on individual commitments (elective, union, activist), how they evolve and reshape themselves in the face of trials, setbacks, and dilemmas, depending on individual trajectories and the social spaces (family, professional) in which they must fit.

Forschungsprojekt
Environmental activism and militant wear and tear : in a context marked by the cumulative devastating effects of global warming, demonstrations of climate inaction, and increasingly harsh responses from state authorities (particularly police and judicial authorities), the commitment of climate activists is being severely tested. This research project aims to understand how climate activists are affected by these consequences and the conditions that, beyond these challenges, enable them to remain committed to their cause.
