DREAM Seminar „Futures and horizons beyond sovereignty“

Dear colleages and friends of the DREAM project, Here is a little reminder about our DREAM Seminar „Futures and horizons beyond sovereignty“  today exceptionally from 5:00-7:30 PM (GMT+1). As usual, the session will take place ONLINE and it will be held in English. In the 4th session of the Seminar we look forward to the contribution of Fouad HALBOUNI (Researcher in Cultural Anthropology at the Forum Transnationale Studien and the John Hopkins University) entitled “Alaa Abd El-Fattah as a Historian of Abducted Futures” and a presentation by Birgitte STAMPE HOLST (Post-doc in Political Anthropology at the University of Copenhagen) of her paper “We were living”: figures of life and perspectives on revolt among Syrians displaced to Turkey and Lebanon. The debate will be led by Fadi A. BARDAWIL (Associate professor in Anthropology at Duke University and member pf the DREAM project).
