Doctorante pluridisciplinaire à Copenhagen Business School au Danemark, Kerstin Martel est actuellement chercheuse sur le projet ‘Global Mobility of Employees’, qui s'inscrit dans le programme Horizon 2020. S'intéressant aux phénomènes de mobilité internationale et de mondialisation, elle adresse des récits individuels, ainsi que la théorisation des identités multiples selon des axes post-structuralistes et critique. Par ailleurs, elle a mené des recherches en relations internationales et en diplomatie culturelle européenne.
