Biography
Louis Baudrin is a second year PhD student at CERI in Sciences Po Paris. Under the supervision of Christian Lequesne, he studies the strategies of the French and German ministries of Foreign Affairs to attract foreign students. His work focuses on the reforms of the diplomatie culturelle et d’influence and of the Auswärtige Kultur- und Bildungspolitik since the end of the 1990’ and describes the contemporary transformation of Diplomacy.
Furthermore, Louis Baudrin is fellow at the French Collaborative Institute on Migration (Institut Convergences Migrations) and collaborates to the working group on Privileged Migration (MigraPriv).
